   O.o probandooo... pero no me gusta ese fondo rosa blogum, y me gustaria que en la inscripción tenga por default oculto mi mail, no hay mensaje de confirmación? curioso >.< y porque debo dar mi pass de delicious? teniendo rss,,, lo que me gusta! fotos de flickr (no me pide contraseña xD) eso es bueno, aunque insisto lo del password de delicious me parece innecesario ya que cualquiera puede acceder a mis bookmarks.

   Gabriel lo del correo lo puede poner para que no aparezca, lo de del.icio.us es cierto, no es que nadie pueda ver tu contraseña pero efectivamente tienes que confiar en ese servicio y su privacidad para que no la usen , lo mismo para blogger si añades tu blog, no recuerdo si en suprglu te pedían contraseñas de esos servicios pero seguramente te guste más, es muy completo. Lo del color del tag cloud se puede cambiar como digo en la anotación

   Excelente! suprglu es buen servicio, no me pide password por mis enlaces a delicious (lo que me parece razonable), fotos de mis contactos de flickr y puedo escoger temas y soporta otros servicios (que tengo que revisar), gracias :)

   The purpose of requesting a password is two-fold:
   
   1. In the case of your blog, it's the easiest way to confirm that the blog indeed belongs to you. The goal is to integrate with your web services, not somebody else's. The password is _not_ used in any way, shape, or form, after your blog has been setup.
   
   2. In the case of del.icio.us, for example, there is additional value: we synch ALL your delicious bookmarks in as well as your entire tagspace (we do this asynchronously after you've signed up). When configuring your social bookmarks (which tend to be very many), it is desirable to be able to pull in all of what you've accumulated, not just the last 10 or 20. This contributes to your unified tagspace and improves your generator ranking based on tags you've generated over time.
   
   I like Suprglu, by the way. They are doing some neat things. However, I wanted a way to follow PEOPLE specifically (not random feeds they want to aggregate), so wanted to ensure that I was doing so responsibly, knowing that the people I'm following really own the content they're aggregating, within reason (Flickr doesn't allow this to happen in a reasonable way for now, so this is why I don't ask you to authenticate your Flickr account for now).
   
   Thank you all for your comments. Altavista helped some in translating. :-) In light of them I'll be developing another wizard for claiming your blog in a way other than having to authenticate to it via XMLRPC (e.g., if it doesn't speak XMLRPC).

   Thanks Bosko, I understand you , you want a service of PERSONAL information, but like I said some blogs like this cant be added. Besides Suprglu allow to add much more information (43things...), but I like your service and I´m sure that it will improve in the future.
   
   You might add another section with "other feeds" in which you can add whatever you want , so that is clear that aren´t your blogs or feeds.

   I see what you mean and your suggestion is exactly what I was thinking as well, so I implemented it. It's live on my development server now and if all goes well it'll go live on the production site tonight. Follow the blog if you wish to see the announcement when it does.
   
   I started Peoplefeeds mainly for myself and friends and now that I've made it public I really think other people, and especially myself, will benefit from the collective opinions of blogs such as these. Thanks again, it means a lot.

   hmmm, it's a feedburner (feedburner.com) feed like any other: http://feeds.feedburner.com/peoplefeeds and it works in Newsgator (newsgator.com) at least. Perhaps this is a result of some changes feedburner and/or bloglines made recently, or simply you need to wait for bloglines to crawl it?

    Hey folks, I rolled out the new feature addition. You can configure arbitrary RSS feeds and they will be categorized as "Other". We also make a real good attempt at parsing out tags that come with your feeds, and ALL your tags are made available for browsing and splicing. You can splice WITHIN categories too (so, for example, ONLY blog matching tag "foo"). Absolutely ANYTHING you view in a profile (tag or not) can be added to your personal watchlist and subsequently exported in a neat OPML AND is also available in RSS form.
